1. How do I place an order?

10. Do you reship if parcel is seized?
Yes, in case you don't receive your order in time or at all, or if the delivery is returned to us as undeliverable, we will recheck your address and reship.
11. Is a signature required on arrival?
If you use PO BOX or parcel lockers address, then you can avoide to sign for the parcels. If you use home address, company addresses, then the signature is required because we are shipping via registered mail. But you don’t need to worry on this point, when you are signing a package this means it passed the customs,so we assure you it is safe.
12. What can I do if my package gets seized by customs?
If the customs seize your package (what happens in barely less than 5% of all cases), please follow these rules:
No need to worry, the recipient is not responsible for the contents!
You will receive a letter explaining that a delivery has been seized possibly due to illegal or forbidden substances in the package(depends on local laws).You will be asked for explanation.
You only need to claim that the delivery is not yours and was sent to you certainly by accident.
